What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you apply for membership, book a tee time, a table, a treatment or a room, or get in touch with us. This usually includes:

• Your name, address, email address and telephone number
• Your date of birth, where membership or the Academy requires it
• Your handicap and golfing history, if you choose to share them

When you visit this website, we collect limited technical information, such as the pages you view and the type of device you use, to keep the site secure and working well.

How we use it

We use your information to consider applications, run the club, provide the services you book, keep you informed about club life and meet our legal obligations. We rely on the performance of our contract with members, our legitimate interests in running a private club and, where needed, your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with those who help us run the club, such as our membership system, payment provider and handicap authority, and only as far as they need it. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep membership records for as long as you are a member and for six years afterwards. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting purposes.
