The website
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but opening times, menus and facilities change from time to time. Please check with reception before making a special journey.
Bookings
Bookings made through the members' portal are subject to the club's booking and cancellation policy, which is shown at the time of booking. Guests are the responsibility of the member who introduces them.
Intellectual property
The Bracken Heath name, crest, photographs, course plans and written content on this site belong to the club. You may share links to the site, but may not reproduce its content without our written permission.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from its use, or from the content of other websites we link to.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
